Congrats on having "shitty" genetics yet still somehow developing a great stomach. I transformed my whole body, but luckily my ab genetics don't require me to do crunches.![]()
I dont do crunches, complete waste of time.... but I did lose 110lbs of FAT on my way to my current sub 8% lifestyle, so transformation is something i can relate to...
