Why more zits off-cycle?

Anybody have any remedies for being proactive and stopping acne on PCT??? And, why do I get more zits Off than On-cycle? I'm not even predisposed to acne, but I seemed to get it at the end-cycle and after. Not terrible, but I was walking around with a third eye on my forehead for a while, and I'd sure like to avoid it next time. Any tid-bits on what other bros do are appreciated

You're getting acne cause your hormones are all out of wack. I tend to get a little on cycle but usually more off. I'm prone to acne though and the best thing I've found to wash your face or body with is cetaphil soap. You can get it in a squirt bottle and bar. It's dermatologist recommended and is for sensitive skin. If you I use anything other than this stuff my face dries out like crazy.

Oh yeah, I hear that. Hormones are pretty normalized now, but I want to minimize this next time. Cetaphil soap? I'll have to check that out. I didn't have any major breakouts, just zits in the fucking oddest, and sometimes most noticable places.

Yeah, your hormones are off which is why you get more acne off cycle. Find a good soap that works for you. I find that tanning helps too. Go a couple times a week usually will do the trick.

Oh yea I completely forgot to mention tanning. I'll usually try to go about once a week for 10 minutes. Also, you take 100mgs of Zinc to help fight acne. No more than 100mgs though can it lessen copper absorption.
