Why Monday and Thursday?

I've read so many posts that recommend taking your sust on Mon and Thursdays but was wondering why do it that way. Because you wait 3 days and then 4 days. Wouldn't it just be more evenly spaced if you just did it every 4 days, or 3 days consistently? Just curious.

You don't have to use those days specifically, it's just that those days are spaced out pretty well and what a better way to start off your week than with an injection.

Hahaha! funny how everyone says Mon and Thurs though. Doesn't matter.

ITs pretty easy, monday and thursday injections equals 500mg/week (if that is your goal of course!!). You should shoot sust EOD or every third day but then you would be doing a lot more than 500mg/week!! Plus usually everyone hates mondays in general so if your shooting up on them you won't be able to wait for monday to roll around because it will be one of your favorite days!!

I like every three days. Your getting 750mgs over 9 days. Levels are more consistent.

Yeah.....what he said. Plus you don't have to shoot on the weekend when other things are goin on etc. I've been using the Mon and Thurs for a while now...many of us do.

500mg a week, split in 2 injections a week, 250mg every 3.5 days.

Mondays and Thursdays are my favorites days of the week.

basically for most people its the begining of the work week, there for the begining of the week in general.

u can use any method really,

people just like to use those days because it is easier to plan your cycle out..

hypothetically if u were to do a 2 week cycle the normal person injecting 500 test/wk would need 4 amps

if u were injecting every 3 days u would need 5 amps,

many of use have alot of things going on in our lives therefore having planned days helps to make one thing less we have to woryy about, well this week injections are on monday and thurs, next week they are on sunday and weds, just gets too confusing...
