Why is the time on the board off an hour?

It bothers me when I look at the time of the last post.

No idea.

I took pics a while back and realized I was quite the fat fuck.

Then I leaned up some over the summer (some intentionally, some not) and got down to about 179lbs, and realized I didn't like being that small and weak.

The long and short of it is that I like being stronger more than I like being pretty, but I look at the progress pics now and wish they looked better. For some reason, it was easier to be proud of them then than it is now.
