why is it

1) Work out at home.
2) Pretend that you're an idiot and have fun with the workout. For example, try doing elevated pushups in the squat rack then act surprised when they tell you to curl in the squat rack.
3) Fart.
 
I always skip those.
I buy my membership and then say I'll schedule the walk through thing later.
Someone calls me 3 or 4 times and I never return the call.
As long as they have my money, the gym doesnt really care.
 
They gave my workout partner and me a hard time for doing dead lifts the other day. They sent a lowly trainer over there to talk to us (apparently a "VP" saw us lifting) and wanted to make sure we knew this wasn't a "hard core" gym and that we were distracting the members.

We were super-nice about it, but I told him if they complained again we would oil each other up and start rubbing on each other saying things like: "You can do it big boy! That's so hot!".

He hasn't talked to us yet!
