i think its called sadism? inflicting pain on others because it gives you pleasure?

some people just don't care.. or have an axe to grind.. or feel like they were wronged so they have no remorse about doing the same to others?

but revenge can make you feel better.. so its tough NOT to retaliate.. even people who are really good and have a lot of respect fall victim to that.

Age and maturity are two different things. Some people go through life never accepting responsibility for their actions. Anytime they do something to hurt someone, it's always the other person's fault.

I'll give you some advice though. Quit trying to figure out why someone does what they do. If they can't see that they are hurting someone, then there is nothing you can do to make them see it. Yeah, it sucks, but it's true.
