That people can just barely get below 20 miles per hour while "stopping" at a stop sign or "stopping" before making a right turn on red. But, when they actually have a GREEN light the completely forget where the accelerator is?

I live in AZ - there are so many old people here you might as well forget about not coming to a complete stop if the person in front of you is turning.... hell half the time they stop just to see if that is where they want to turn or not...
