I've read how neoconservative lobbyist may have influenced Bush to attack Iraq and may do it again here. I simply don't believe a religious group has that much influence much less a minority one.
I shouldn't have to explain myself any further than what I have, and no, guilt over the Holocaust has nothing to do with this war. Before jumping on my back with an emotion-charged response, calling my comments "childish" and "stupid", perhaps using a little more discretion and acknowledging the fact that there are possibilties you might not have previously thought of before would keep things more civil around here.

4ever, I agree with you; we need to stay out of this war, although it seems unlikely. As you probably know it will only further anger the Arabs and incite more terrorism and hostility towards us, but then if we abandon our support of Israel we'll be pissing them off too. Fun times. Ehh.
