My apologies if the title offended u... i just coudln't find a better description to bring it up, and plus i needed something to catch ur eye..


I've been on this board for quite some time now.. and I've never seen or assumed that someone was african american..
What's up with that? Is it because they're genetically gifted and don't use "supplements" or is it because of something else?

Is there any reason why it should MATTET what ethnicity our bros are? Race shouldn't be an issue with bodybuilding IMO. We're all out to get big, end of story.

I just needed opinions why.. i've been brought up in an environment where there's a lot of african american's and i've always thought that most of them had great physiques without training and such...

bro honestly, there are some races that for the majority are usually more gentically gifted than others. blacks and whites are usuallt higher on the gene pool, and im neither. then again, spanish people have high test levels as well and have in general good genetics too but look, im part philipine and most guys i know that are philipine are small, short, and skinny. point is, again, who cares????

African american men and women in most cases have a higher natural testosterone production. That is why many A-A men have a more muscular look and can build muscle easier. Generall speaking that is why A-A women are generally stronger, have deeper voices, and in some cases, facial hair as compared to caucasion women. This is not a prejudiced statement. It is similar to saying african-americans have more melanin then non-african americans.....I am not posting my info source, but anyone who does any checking into this fact, will find many case studies supporting such evidence.

Brings to mind a story...

There was an actress I worked with years ago. She was based out of Santa Cruz... and my production company was in LA. For whatever reasons... she and I spoke for two years on the phone before we ever me. I had seen her on tape so I knew what she looked like. She ahd never seen me. One day I went to pick her up at the airport. She got off the plane... took one look at me... and kept walking. I had to chase afterwards. When I asked her why she didn't stop she said, "You couldn't possibly be the skinny little giggly guy I'd been talking to for two years."

Hey, I'm not white, I'm Polish/Russian/Czech American! By you asking the question if you were the only African American here, I take that to mean you are referring to everyone's ethnicity. White is not an ethnic origin.

The reason black guys look more ripped is because in general, their genetics allow for a lower bf%, furthermore, the darker skin tones adds to this perception.
