Why in the hell are you ppl sleeping?

what your gonna find too, is that the shifted sleep sched causes increase in cortisol release, which causes more belly fat to accumulate. sux.

yep put on 4 lbs in 2 weeks, which is rare for me to put wieght on when not working out and eating like shit.

I wasn't sleeping.

Forgive me if I appear to be bragging, but the last 2 weeks have been the best times I've had in about a 14 months b/c of my Gf situation you guys know about "lack of intimacy"

I was having one of the most incredible times I've had in about 14 months with this female friend of mine I met through a friend.

She's made it perfectly clear she doesn't want anything more than just being friends & having our fun as she ended a 4yr relationship with her BF.

But I will tell she's helped me remember what great sex is really like.

Just incredible.

I pleasured her kitty orally for about 20mins non stop, & she orally returned the favor for about 20mins. Not to mention she had a tongue person to add to it.

We then pleasured eachother for about 45mins straight in 5 positions. No joke I was able to last 45mins straight.


I'm sure this may appear as bragging to some ppl, but I've up until my GF & I broke up, for the longest time she made me feel trapped & I tried many times to talk to her about our problems but she is stubborn & can't accept criticism.

But I just had to tell you guys b/c this friend has made me feel alive again. Now I know what it's like to be stuck in a relationship w/o intimacy & I feel really bad for those married couples who haven't had sex with eachother for yrs who eventually cheat on eachother or at least 1 spouse does.

I cannot be in a relationship that doesn't have physical intimacy, I also need good communication & honesty, but I'm a physical person & need to be able to express that with a female I care about.
