Hi Every Body,
How is life? The human body is not designed for inactivity. Sure, frequent rests and periods of being lazy are necessary to recharge the body. If you want to use your body to its fullest potential, however, exercise is important.Exercise is important for countless reasons, but some of the most important are the following:
It relieves stress, improves stamina, prevents injury and disease and firms you up. Exercise helps you release the tension in your muscles that being stressed incurs.
Done consistently, exercise builds the stamina you need to live well. With increased stamina, your resting heart and breathing rates return to normal more quickly after strenuous activity.
Consequently, your body, when strengthened by exercise, is able to defend itself more easily against disease and/or injury. In fact, exercise is instrumental in even helping prevent injury or disease.
It's been found that exercise helps reduce risks of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and more.
Exercise improves not only your strength, but also your flexibility. This enables you to walk or run better, recover from soreness more quickly, and to be helped in firming up your body.
And we all know what it means to be firmed up. Muscle tone. Improved posture. Confidence. Better looks.
As the stress decreases, your self-image improves. You feel better mentally and emotionally, in addition to physically. Your performance at work, in relationships, in every aspect of life are all improved.
In addition, you are able live more efficiently. Your sleep is better, so you're more awake during the day. Because you're more awake, you're more alert. This, in turn, makes you more productive. Less time, more work.
Put altogether, exercise improves your life. And that makes it very important for you to engage in so you can live life better and more comfortably.
Best Regards....
