Why doesn't my avatar change?

You need to delete your cache

Press CRTL then the refresh button to reset your PC cache. Then you'll see it.

Yep if you want to see new avatars.

or if people go into the cache settings and keep the cache to the min or nill if it lets you.
that's what I do and I always see the new avatars.
