i know i always look bigger than i am. i think it is just the way my frame is set up. i look like a freak at 150lbs and my dr. thinks i weigh about 180... it's crazy !!

Are you doing deca alone? If you do deca with some test you will be better off. Rule of thumb...keep ur test higher then your deca and you wont get the sides as bad if at all. Good luck.

No sides from deca ,, but what about the sides from test ?to me that defeats the purpose.. if u get no deca dik.no need for test if u do then u must..
