Please expand on health reasons.

What do you think about bridging with low dose test. True, your natural T will still be inhibited, but you will give you body a break from the excess androgen.

You guys think that taking time off actually benefits your progress? Were talking strictly muscle gains here.

While time off may not physically benefit muscle gain, I believe there is an emotional and mental benefit.
Everyone needs a break, to have fun, eat like shit, party a bit, then come back even more enthused about training. The only reason to stay on at all times would be if one is making a living from bodybuilding in my opinion.

I totally agree... I think this makes someone less likely to take the gear for granted. If you take breaks it's as if you want to make the most out of your cycle so you make everything perfect...

As far as mental sides go, I'll tell you in a month or so.. I've been on for a while now...

Well I just ended my ten week cycle today. The results are great, but the next few weeks are gonna be rough, while I hold onto as much as possible. I think the mental part of knowing that u are no longer chemically assisted can have a reverse placebo-effect.

I've been on for a year now and I've never
felt better.

As long as you bridge with a low enough dose
of Anavar that doesn't suppress your HPTA
but helps you hold on to your muscle
2-3 times a year and 6 weeks at a tiime, then I think
you'll be fine.

SMART cycling is the way to go.

Godspeed..

whats there to look foward to if you never go off? i know that when im prepping for a cycle, my anticipation rate soars. mainly because im looking foward to more growth and better training and eating habits while on. i have to admit, i do get excited looking foward to the next one....................:D

since i will bridge for a long time, i see it like this

1) never depressed
2) keeping gains easier
3) feeling happy all the time
4) when bridging at low dose, one waits longer before hitting the gear hard again.
5) no yo-yo effect: you know loosing weight, fat coming back. This gives you the feeling one as to start all over again

Now that is what I call a good response!

Ahhhhh...the joys of Anavar :)

Godspeed

There is a answer missing from those choices. Jeff_ has it though. I am glad he wrote that so I don't have to.
I pick #5 Jeff_rys answer.
The funniest answers here are, and I am not making fun of you guys, "I think this makes someone less likely to take the gear for granted." and "whats there to look forward to if you never go off?"
So if I apply this way of thinking to my life in general I should give away the wealth I have acquired so I can be poor and look forward to getting wealthy again.
Why didn't I think of that?

ulter
youre comparing being wealthy and losing it to staying on gear all the time? now thats funny! i just cant see staying on all the time just to be staying on. i think my body needs a rest, and yes it does give me something to look foward to when i start my next cycle.

im not flaming at all, you are entitled to your opinion just like the rest of us and i respect anything you have to add or offer, and this is just my .02.

Couple things that didn't get mentioned:

1)If you take orals...you GOT to let your liver recuperate. You NEED you liver. 2)If you don't want to lose your nuts, you have to go off every few months and let them babies bounce back. Unless you plan on popping viagra before sex in your 20's. Clomid really speeds up nut rejuvenation and lessens the "crash." I aso take HCG during my cycle to keep the nuts working. I like my nuts...they make Test for free. They also do a lot of my thinking for me.:)

Boob Lover one can overcome the sides of orals

like Anavar. Just take your strong liver detoxifiers (not milk tistle, i mean strong ones like Calcium D-Glucarate.)
This is a amazing aid. When my blood gets tested again in oktober i will be on the Ox for 6 months. So this should give an indication if i must stop or can go on.
Plans are to stay on, so i will try to keep my organs and blood as good as possible. So it seems i will follow Fonz and Ulter on this.
As for the nuts: even when they where shut down for years (and this is my doc speaking) there is no proof in any book or magazine that onces you stop with roids or take your Clomid, HCG, etc...that the balls will not come back. As for now at 40 mgr Ox/day the nuts are there.

Damn I'm bridging with T200 right now, nothing cheaper than that!!! Sex drive is up there and I still get massive pumps when i work out. No gains really but I'm not shrinking either. I'm 33 and could care less about not having more kids I got plenty. Shit my natural test levels are depressed anyhow. It may be mental but i feel great all the time and never seem to get sick.

HAHA I know but it popped On the main page so I thought I'd comment on it anyway. If only to bring to light the rather skewed point of view that was once the norm on the board.
