ok so the other day i was doing tricep dips, holding a DB between my feet... when all of the sudden i feel a muscle in my calf totally move out of place. it feels like it's spazzing out and i have to stop my dips and i just stand there, not being able to even move my leg. it literally felt like the muscle popped out of its place. another day i was doing DB bench presses and the same sort of thing happened in my quads. it's sort of like whenever im doing max effort my whole body tenses up and i guess my leg muscles just freak out. when im training my calves it always feels like my calf is gonna flip out and so i can't go heavy at all.
what should i do???
