Why do mortgage calculators vary so much?

I have tried various calculators and never get an answer that isn't even close. I'm talking a variation of 40K-50K.

Mostly like the percentage rate was different.

No I would use the same percent for every one. I tried 6, 6.5, 7, & 8 for each site and they all gave different totals for each percent

I have no idea. If the rate is the same and the length of the loan i the same?
