I can't stand it. All it takes is a small cheat, and I wouldn't even call it a cheat because if I do 'cheat' I don't eat anything else for the rest of the day, but I can be eating clean for the whole week and it seems even if I do eat clean I gain fucking weight and I can't stand it. last week I got on the scale and I was 198. I wasn't too happy and I wanted to drop some fat so I started clen and just got my t3 today. I've eating clean all week up until Friday where I don't know , I lost it, the clen made me so jumpy and shaky and hungry, I downed a whole jarful of chocolates on a secretary's desk and had some chips and some chicken and broccoli and general tsao's chicken.
I get on the scale today and i'm fucking 208. I don't fucking get it.
I didn't even do my carb up today. I skipped it because of what I did on Friday.
