Why do I gain so much weight?!?!

I can't stand it. All it takes is a small cheat, and I wouldn't even call it a cheat because if I do 'cheat' I don't eat anything else for the rest of the day, but I can be eating clean for the whole week and it seems even if I do eat clean I gain fucking weight and I can't stand it. last week I got on the scale and I was 198. I wasn't too happy and I wanted to drop some fat so I started clen and just got my t3 today. I've eating clean all week up until Friday where I don't know , I lost it, the clen made me so jumpy and shaky and hungry, I downed a whole jarful of chocolates on a secretary's desk and had some chips and some chicken and broccoli and general tsao's chicken.

I get on the scale today and i'm fucking 208. I don't fucking get it.
I didn't even do my carb up today. I skipped it because of what I did on Friday.
 
Its not fat your gaining back, your muscles are empty of glyocgen and eating carbs refills them, thats all. Everyone has HUGE jumps when they cheat, its a mix of water and sugar.

Btw, dont run the T-3 on a Keto diet.
 
I think it's mainly water and glycogen that you're gaining, my friend.... some fat, but not much in such a short space of time.

If you do some cardio and drink a lot of water the day after, I think you'll find most of the weight falls off again pretty quick.
 
some bodies are also MUCH more efficient at converting excess calories to fat; esp. those who used to be significantly overweight. Those fat cells are just sitting there half full *waiting* for you to slip up. Some of the always-been-skinny people can eat a truckload of extra food one weekend and it just right through them; for others of us, we'll convert it to 3 lbs of fat....

Probably mostly weight from water, esp after starving yourself after a cheat which slows your metabolism even more to compound the problem.

You just have to take the ups with the downs and keep at it.
 
You say you're eating clean, but are you keeping under your bmr/ (bodyweight x 12?) I mean if youe at clean but take in 5000 cals then for sure you will gainw eight. Prolly a dumb reply but just making sure.

first of all, drop the t3!!!!!!!!!!
a good ec stack will do magic ten times more safely and efficiently than t3.
second, i figured a little formula on the effect of "cheat days":

for every 1 cheat day, it takes 2 super clean days just to get back to normal. in other words, if you binged on monday, then on tuesday and wednesday you gotta stay super clean diet and cardio so that thursday you're back to where you where before the cheating.

makes sense?
 
well you're right about the fat cell part, I was very overweight
and even when I do lose a lot of water and some fat, a lot of the fat is still there, and when I carb up or 'cheat' that area fills up rather quickly.

The only reason I'm doing t3 and clen is because it's my last resort before doing liposuction to permanently remove those extra large fat cells, but I thought that maybe if I did a clen / t3 cycle that it would take care of the problem, but it's not looking like it.

I can diet all I want and that fat is still there. I was 184 at my lowest ( I'm 5' 11) I was looking a little sickly then and now I'm 205-208.

don't laugh, I'm not a body builder or anything, I just used a lot of body building techniques to get from 300 lbs to what you see in the pic. Do my love handles look big ? And as you can see around my stomach, ab region there is a lot of fat blocking my abs

but lipo seems to be my only way out, I will not resort to dnp.
 
you would go with surgery over dnp?
 
Dude, you have more of a real world chance of getting perma fucked by lipo than you do on DNP. I don't know what you've heard about DNP, but apparently you bought in to too many of the horror stories. As long as you TAKE IT THE RIGHT WAY, you will be fine trust me. Trust me. It works amazingly. Did wonders for my friend who took it. Tho' I do not know where to get it.
 
lipo is for weak minded, weak, weak weak people!

i have no respect for anybody who gets lipo unless he/she spent at least a year with a strict diet/routine and for some physiological disorder was unable to shed the weight off.

i'm *not* weak-minded .. I've lost 115 pounds as it is and put on 15-20 pounds of muscle. The fat won't budge, the fucking fat won't budge, that's all I can say.

DNP is extremely difficult to come by these days, plus with my work environment it would not be 'appropriate' to be sweating profusely while dealing with people.

This clen is fucking knocking me out ( to sleep ) .. I sleep in the middle of the day now and I'm so fucking tired all the time, I could only do 20 minutes of cardio the other day.

oh and why can't I use t3 while on a keto diet? t3 levels fall on a keto so why not boost them back up with low doses of t3 ?

what dont' you get your lazy ass down to 8% bodyfat first! and dont use the "my genetics wont allow" bullshit because anybody can get down there will the willpower, drive, and knowledge.

if it makes you feel better... I normally weigth about 211.6 in the morning and on my cheat days (Sat/Sun) I now weigh about 217, but will be back to 211.6 tommorrow if not below it.

The guy's here looking for help. The last 20 lbs may not come off of someone who used to be carrying well over 100 lbs of fat, extra fat cells were generated and they don't go away. A guy who lost 115 lbs of fat and put on muscle isn't weak. Why don't you go rant and rave about no respect for AAS users on the Anabolics board, cause they must all be weak since many use them before they've maxed their genetic potential.
 
T3 on Keto = ALOT of muscle loss. There is a t-3 faq in the archives somewhere, if your really intent on using it, read that.
