Your right I see those chicks every year about this time. Like they are trying to make up for all the crap they ate after thanksgiving. Always cardio for a few mintutes never weights and they only last about 3 or 4 weeks at best.

You know, I agree with you , when those types are serious, but I'm talking about the 99.9% of them that are just wasting space. It amazes me to see those cows come in there and walk around. What really irritates me is that they take up valuable equipment space. Again, if they were serious, but they walk for 5 minutes at 2.0, and crap like that.

I really admire a woman who has the wherewithall to work at something, who is focused, and dedicated. There are some women where I train that will cardio my ass into the ground, and they have my respect.

But these fuckin heifers who strut around in their jewlery and stuff just make me want to slap them...
