Why didn't I see more results?

On the cycle before last I was doing 375 mg of aero-test/wk for 10 weeks. (It's a blend of two testosterones but I can't remember which). At the beginning of my last cycle I did 500 mg of aero-test/wk for five weeks and 500 mg of cyp/wk for five weeks. I thought I would see major results but I didn't see much, if anything, more than I did with 375 mg of aero-test. Any ideas as to why I didn't see more results?

yes, I agree with Daisy Girl, diet is very important you need protein and calories if you're looking for mass.

"Aratest" - Not Areo-test. Unless is was either fake or something I've never heard of. Aratest is not known for it's high quality.

500mgs/cyp - What brand detail man?

How much if anything did you gain?

You also must understand steroids aren't magic. They allow you to use more nutrients, and recover better from intense workouts. But all by themselves they will do little if anything. They're polish, not the timber.

"Steroids are the polish - not the timber"

I like that one.

Yeah, not eating enough, not training hard enough. That's always the problem. I've seen guys get good results on fake gear after increasing their calories and intensity in the gym.

I've been thinking about this same problem. Seems a lot of people have problems gaining much on a second/ or "upgraded" cycle. I know this is what everyone is saying, but want to throw in my version....

If you gain 10-15 lbs on a good cycle and then attempt another 3 months later, you run into the problem that you are now heavier with more lean mass. Which might mean that your metabolism is higher and you are just going to need more calories to maintain new mass in the first place. So, you have to adjust your calorie intake accordingly.

Plus, though steroids help with recovery, as your strength and intensity go up, so does your need for recovery time. If you are training hard enough, you are putting out much more effort than before and need at least some extra rest, steroids or no.

I'm quickly re-learning that you can't do the same thing over and over and expect different results!
