Why did Total Cholesterol level go so high on cycle?

I do not know my chemistry well enough to answer a question I was asked. I would appreciate comments.

Guy about 35 does a 10 week cycle of:
250 mg Sust 250 p/w
200 mg Deca p/w
20 mg anavar p/d
25 mg amiridex p/d

He gets a good 12 pound gain and lots of extra strength. Harder looking physique. No deca-dick or gyno.

He tells me his Total Cholesterol went from 178 to 329. Trg actually improved, but HDL dropped 50% and LDL went way up.

What was the culprit? I suspect the anavar.

oestrogen is good for cholesterol

Yes any one or all of those drugs could do that.

What the general consensus on the best preventative/improvement method with regards to post cycle cholesterol levels?

If I'm not mistaken, Aromasin doesn't have a (significant) negative impact on cholesterol...

as precautions, take (flush-free) niacin, policosinol... try Sesapure, make sure you take your EFA's too

id say the anavar and the arimi...
10 weeks of anavar straight is quite a bit..
and possibly didnt include any otc health supps for cholesterol in his supplement regimen...
