Why creatine with VAR???

Ive read many times but Im not sure I understand the logic behind this statement. Everyone emphasis the use of creatine when using var but creatines use isnt heavily emphasized with the use of other Anabolics. Can someone please explain this to me?

HEY THIS IS BOSS BUT IM USING THE BETTER HALFS COMPUTER BUT ANYWAY HOW DID THAT SITUATION TURN OUT FOR YOU?

thanks all...
so does that mean that taking creatine will create larger gains? If so won't these additional "water gains" from creatine water intake be lost when the var and creatine is discontinued. From my experience I lose almost everything i gain off of creatine when I stop it's use. Maybe its just me though.

Boss check ur PM

I have a feeling that the universal recomendation to always use creatine with anavar came from the fact that so many in the past have tried to design a good anavar only cycle due to the assumption of its extremely low occurrence of side effects. Anavar alone is fine but it's effects when coupled with creatine supplementation, like other steroids coupled with creatine, are synergysticaly increased.

Thus the prevailing wisdom today says why take anavar alone when anavar and creatine has the potential to yield much greater results.

Sorry...good thought but....anavar actually does work synergystically via the phosphocreatine pathway! What that means is that var's AS property actually potentiates the uptake of creatine phosphate. People take creatrine with anavar NOT just because it aids var's weak AS properties, but instead to assimilate the creatine better and the creatine makes the var work better. It's a marriage made in AS heaven!

 Uh dude, re-read my post.

Anavar increases creatine absorbtion in your body, so supplementing with creatine has obvious benefits.

Not to argue with God, but I think it is also true that Var increases mitochondrial number in cells ... good for phosphocreatine energy (as well as ETC) electron transport chain ... also it increases creatine kinase ... (phosphorylates creatine into CP)

For whatever reason, creatine, as well as all other staple supplements, should not be overlooked when "on". It's easy to overlook the little details when we're juicing. If anything, proper supplementation is probably more important on-cycle than off because all sorts of weird stuff happens when on. Your body is able to assimilate nutrients much more rapidly/efficiently. To be on the safe side, load up on creatine, glutamine, anti-oxidants, etc. to maximize your results.
