Why Arent Guns Illegal In Usa???????

Guns will always be on the black market and in the hands of criminals, I rather have one at my side then one pointed in my face with no option except for death .....
because even if they were, people that are looking to kill people like this guy will still be able to find a gun regardless. Look how easy it is to buy drugs, guns will still be around no matter if they ban em or not. People are still going to get high, and people are still going to shoot up things.

I don't think they should be illegal, I do however think if you use a gun during a crime and injure/kill a person you should get at least 15 years in Prison.
Don't take away the guns, just make the punishments worse. I'd say Catlle Prod them in the Throat for a year straight but hey, we all know that won't happen.

no matter how you want to paint it, THERE IS a relation between the number of guns on the street (illegal or legal) and the amount of people that dies because of those guns, you can't get around that. Since the guns are not goiung anywhere, you will need to find ways to diminished their effect on your people

I owned (i got rid of it) a Ruger 45 and a shit load of hollow pt shells when I was single and in the middle of bum fuck country town. Why did I own such? Well, I really enjoyed going to the range and shooting... as sport. Also, for protection... And believe me, if someone were to come into my home and try to harm my family I would have put the entire 15 rounds in their ass. But would only be able to do it if they were trying to harm my family. Other than that, I owned it for sport.

I can buy a brand new Sig 552 or most imported assault rifle here. In the US, they can't except for those imported before 1989 I believe unless most of the rifle is made in the US. I can get (and I own) a PTRS 14.5mm and it isnt restricted. It is in the US since everything over .50 is a destruction device lol There's no 2 days waiting period or whatever they have over there for handguns in the US. I can just go to any gunshop in Mtl and get a Glock right away.
