Im currently on a ckd diet and, I eat high fat/protein less than 20 g carbs daily....After my workouts I usually eat beef,tuna,or chkn with flaxseed oil or natural peanut butter.
How bad is it not to eat carbs after a workout?
Say if you have a small glass of Oj, how long will it take to get back into ketosis?
