Why am I such a BADASS?

Flame me if you wish, but I feel like sharing my incredible accomplishments with you all!!

I started working out just 2 years and 9 months ago. I weighed 155 and ate shitty food. I also got sick often! My bench started at 135 max. I don't remember other exercises, but I'm sure they were not worth remembering!

Today, I weigh 196 with about 10% bodyfat. It will go down to 7 by spring break!!! My max bench is 300 which is good cause I usually do db's for 8 reps of 120 on the fifth set. 115 for 6 on the incline! Today I did 100lb dbs for 6 on the shoulder press, which had everyone staring! I was happy!! I can also do 8 reps of dips with a 125 db hanging. Back, rows with four plates on each side on the hammer strength and pulldowns with 300 for six. Squats seriously hurt my low back if I go heavy so I do legpresses which I just started recently for 6 reps with 16 plates!

Anyways, working out has changed my life for the better! I've never been so healthy, strong, or confident! I know my head is big right now, but I think I have a right to tell how far I've come!!
