Why am I still hungry.

I started my diet today.

8:30am:
oatmeal with one cup of dry oats
whole wheat bagel
1 big ol glass skim milk
24g whey protein

11am:
banana
bunch of raisins
peanut butter sandwich
cottage cheese

2pm:
banana
bunch of raisins
24g whey protein
milk

6pm:
chicken breast
peas
broccoli
milk

9pm:
can of tuna
raisins


Why am i still fucking hungry??

Your diet looks pretty good... good that you're splitting your meals up like that. I'd try and comsume 50 grams of protein per meal though.

If it's a bulking diet though... you should NEVER be hungry.

Eat up! Get some meat on dem legs!

Ok, I can do 50 grams. God damn I am so full right now. I bet the NAAFA people would kill to be me.
 
Stick some lean steak and/or potatoes in there. Those both have a high satiety factor (they make you feel nice and full in a good way for a long time). It doesn't add too much fat, either.
 
What do you guys take in the middle of the day. I work from 9 to 5:30 or so...will I have to lug around a huge thing of lunch?

if your doing 4+ meals a day then yes, that was the main reason i weened off the six meals a day mumbo jumbo
