Why am I holding water?

I always seem to have some bloat, and honestly, I could do without it. Here's my typical day's diet:

7:00 3/4 c (dry measure) oatmeal with splenda, skim milk, and 1/2 apple
whey shake with olive oil and flax meal

11:00 1 chx breast
1 c brown rice

3:00 same^^

5:30 pre w/o: whey shake w/ glutamine, 5 rice cakes

7:30 PWO: whey shake, creatine w/ dextrose & glutamine

8:30 Chx, steak, or fish (around 8 oz.)
2 c veg Maybe a sweet potato once a week

As far as supps, I take a multi, flax oil (4 tbsp/ day), glutamine, NO Shotgun pre w/o, creatine PWO, and AIFM.

Thanks

Are you certain it is water? Could be the whey or creatine. Also what type of gear on you on? When I juiced I ALWAYS gained 10 lbs of water when on test. Even 300g a week with multiple anti-e's. Test and I do not get along.

switch to cee and get some aimf...speaking of which macro its been over a week my order went though right?

if you are taking creatine monohydrate that would explain it.

also that seems like a diet high in sodium and rather low in potassium

I hardly salt my food. What are some good sources of potassium aside from bannanas? I know mushrooms are, but I can only stand so many of those things.

100% juice (Grapefruit, OJ)

Potassium caps (inexpensive supplement)

the first thonk I drop when gettn diced is dairy and all protein shakes......lose the skim milk and change all your protein shakes to whole protein foods.

add in cardio and in 1 week illl be its gone.

potassium tablets are cheap

the food you are eating generally contains lots of sodium, so if you even lightly salt it you are getting a lot of sodium.

as mentioned milk can cause water retention in some individuals

Try salting all of your food with "No Salt" intead of salt. It is potassium chloride.

I know bro.....just giving him a hard time because he's always bumping that thread.....off day today bro? Come on, do some pm cardio with me...just 30minutes, incline....
