Writing a Quality Assurance Manual. Damn thing is 24 pages and I am almost half way thru. Half to do procedures on 2 of my topics in the manual. Probably all night but if I get done then I will get back on my business plan, or my diagnosis and feasibility study of a structure, or my Environmental Audit. Only got 2 weeks left to finish all. Just stay online and click over to Elite once in awhile to ease my mind. I gotta walk the stage in December, even if it means no sleep till then.

It is for school. A BS project. got four of them my last semester.

1. Quality Manual, 2 complete procedures out of it 15-20 minute presentation

2 Complete Business Plan, 30 minute presentation and 15 minutes of questions from industry leaders

3. Environmental Audit only 10 pages and 15 minute presentation

4. Structure Diagnosis, 5 pages 10 minute presentation.

Thing that sucks besides so little time is I am real shy and talk really fast when up in front of people

Concrete Industry Management. I know it sounds weird, if you ever sat down and thought of all the things that go into concrete you would be amazed. Plus it is the second most used substance on this earth, the first bieng water. Admixtures, Ready Mix plants, aggregates, construction, cement producers, concrete restoration, there is actually a high demand for people that are educated and have knowledge about concrete.

Yes there is a high demand.

I have a few friends that work sub-contract at Saturn in Spring Hill that do Steel as well as Concrete Inspection. Good Concrete Inspectors themselves are rare.
