I lived there in the early 90's, when sobe was still cool. Sigh.

Have a great time. Bal Harbour has shopping just as good as rodeo drive, IMHO. =-)

Go to coconut grove. I hear it is even better than when I lived there, and it was GREAT back then.

I have not been out to the clubs on sobe since the mid 90's. When I lived on South Beach, I was a regular at Spot. I bet it may still be there. It was sort of one of the clubs that didn't change names and/or ownership every 6 months. Have brunch at the news cafe and watch all the people go by. Tourists and residents, alike, wait in line for an al fresco table there! =-)
