whole wheat.. or whole grain bread?

I've heard that I should use whole grain bread, but is whole wheat any different?

I believe that in terms of the GI index, they are both good carb sources.

Whole wheat is white bread with a tan. They're roughly the same. Go with the whole grain breads.

IMHO whole grain is better since you have more fiber and the wheat grain is less processed
