will drinking alot of whole milk pack on alot of mass?I know that it will pack on some fat but,i might be willing to sacrifice gaining some fat along with some muscle mass since i lost 20lbs. from taking the last 2months off of training.
Combining a lot of fat with a lot of sugar in one meal is a great recipe for gaining fat mass. That is exactly what drinking whole milk will do for you. Too much simple sugar + too much saturated fat to drink in huge quantities. Might as well be eating junk food.
