I just did a delt shot with 2.25 cc's using a 22g 1 1/2" pin...however I leave 1/2" out. While pushing in I felt something move on the other side of my delt. Like 3 inches away something moved. WTF??? I dont know if it was the muscle or what? Should I be scared or is this natural?

Muscle twitch probably..nothing to worry about...see how you feel for the rest of the day and tommorrow (your shoulder that is)

i have done all my shots on my delts, first time this has happened. Kinda scared me. There is no pain, probably a muscle twitch or nicked a nerve.

in august i'm going 2 b injecting 2.5 cc's in delt monday and thursday, lol wonder how big my shoulders r gonna get

I do 2cc's max in my delts, use a 5/8" 25g pin works fine (always warm up the oil in a cup of hot water first)
