Who Uses Flex Bands While Training???

Does anyone here use Flex Bands while training?? If so, what specific exercise do you use them for?? I plan on adding them to my workout program.
 
i use themn to warm up with

i want to eventually use them in my compound lifts
, maybe even for bis/tris
 
I use em once in awhile. Various forms of speed benching, sometimes pause, sometimes no pause, resting, off pins, same with box squats, reverse band deadlifts, some Ab exercises, yada yada yada...i know they are different things but, i prefer chains.
 
I use a lot of chains, but I feel the bands really help on accessory lifts such that need stabilization that would not normally occur. GHR, French ext, curls, Helped me a lot over the winter when I was not lifting too hard and working on form

Hmmm...if it were me I'd get the light band...a set of them.

The mini bands are good for doubling over for the bench press but I tend to use the heavier ones more often.
