I use it and have done my own trials with it...I like and it works for me.
I have been looking into Mrp's and PT shakes that laready have it mixed in, though I am still undecided.
i played close D in HS, now in college ive played some pole middie as weel as close D. Not sure about next year, we lost one of our Shorty D men. Im not a takeaway guy, i play very conservative position D. I developed this way thanks to a high scoring offense in HS. Could just sit back and not let them beat me. Get some pokes and slaps every second or so to disrupt them. If i played a weaker opponenet I play more aggressive. It all depends.
Now in college im trying to change my play cause we have a low scoring attack. Trying to develope some takeaway skills.
