I'm going in about an hour(7 AM EST). I just ate a giant bowl of Mac & Cheese, mixed with some chilli and hot sauce that I bought from Wendy's last night. I feel bad for whoever shows up early today.
I don't train early...about the only thing I do early is drink coffee and drive my daughter to school...and she's late most of the time.
I usually get to the gym around 6:30 pm. Maybe twice a month I'll make it in before that. I'm NOT a morning person! I usually fall asleep between 1:00 and 2:00 am. For years I tried to change my sleeping patterns, but now I just accept it.
...6:30 A.M. for me. I beat the evening crowds. After a day of work, I wouldn't be able to focus mentally on my weight training. Early morning cardio wakes me up and, in cold weather, thaws me out too.
