NY Muscle yes I notice you also cover your face for obvious reasons and also on your avatar did some editing on your delts since this must be an area that you are lacking. I see that Heather is not afraid to share and bare all even though some of her pics may be less face flattering she still gives us the privilege of letting us take a peak at her awesome physique.

I just love to see how everyone is so anxious to cut down and critique the female body when this is suppose to be a women's forum where a girl can come and ask for advise and share her progress without the fear of being ridiculed and cut to the core about how ugly you perceive her to be. Face, ass, toes...who gives a shit!!!

Has it ever crossed anyone's simple mind that Heather may frequent this board for advice or just to check it out and may actually from time to time be available to lend us (the women who would love to look like that and work our asses off in the quest to) some of her expertise and advice. Now assuming she may visit this thread and sees how she has become everyone's dartboard for the day, I would not blame her if she never came back again and then we, the women of this board would be at a great loss.

So, in the famous words of our eloquently spoken Bikinimom.....keep your F'ing pie hole shut!!! If you want to remain in the forum for women, continue to build them up and help. If you find in necessary to continue tearing down, the chat board will welcome you with open arms for any discussion you might like to have. Otherwise steer clear of her.

lol thanks for the compliment, but FYI my delts are FREAKY and i only train them every OTHER week because of that...no editing there......but thanks for noticing.... thanks for the boost


and again, this isnt a beauty contest, you ladies are building your bodies, and OVER and OVER again i will compliment a woman on her physique if it looks good as i did 5 TIMES on Heathers physique...people in the limelight so to say, open themselves up to criticism, its comes with the territory, you think im the only one who has ever said this about her? im sure she gets comments all the time...she aint losing no sleep over it. im sure MANY of you ladies would LOVE to trade bodies with her...BUT how many of you ladies would be able to say you would like HER face instead of YOURS..id say NONE... I wonder why?

There is so much cattiness on this board....some of you are jumping on NYM's jock for saying that chick looks like a man...I'll agree with him and say she does have a manly looking face...I don't understand why that's so offensive, she's obviously done a few cycles that have caused that "hardening" of the face, and I don't have to be an expert on steroids to know that... some male bodybuilders have jacked up faces too of course...I respect female and male bodybuilders for the time and discipline they put into their bodies....do I want that look?? No. But for some of you to put down people like Britney Spears saying it's a look of "starvation" you are guilty of the same disrespect you accused NYM of...

I think some of the BB girls don’t look very feminine because most have these “cheesy” grins- like they’re holding in a BAD case of gas (sorry) they don’t look natural. The girl sheez_ripped posted looks relaxed and happy (I would too if I looked like her). Reminds me a little of Bo Derrick.

These women are NOT professional models and MOST of the photogs SUCK ASS. Most of the women are lit in such a fashion as to bring out every cut and ripple, all the vascularity of the body. Unfortunately, this lighting is harsh and unforgiving to even the most beautful women. As for the cheesy grins... do any of you have ANY idea how hard it is to be carb deprived, dehydrated NOW FLEX REAL HARD and look pretty for the camera... give us a natural smile when there is NOTHING NATURAL going on about your body?!

Think about it you guys.....

I just met w/a photog who hasn't seen or shot me in nearly two years. He didn't recognize me at first because of how comparatively developed my body has become since the last time he shot me. But I am currently at about 14/15% bodyfat. Facially, very full and pretty. But my body needs to be at like 10/12% to show muscularity, etc.... yes, my face will then be HARD. I am in my mid thirties and THE FIRST place that fat leaves my body is my face.

I unblocked him to read his comments, and I must say I am not surprised. KBgirl and a few others that have actually met him say he's a good guy and I don't doubt that one bit but I must say his "online persona" is quite brute and disrespectful to women, especially the female BB.
