Who takes BCAAs??

Anybody here take amino acid tabs?

I was going to consider buying so BCAAs if they are worth it?

What is everyone's take?

Amino acid tabs are all my friend takes. He swears by them. The dude eats all day, takes his amino acid tabs and puts up some serious weight.

i don't understand what they'd do. my Optimum whey has all this info on the canister abotu containing the BCAAs, but I realy have no idea what they do, scientifically
