Who takes a multi-vitamin?

If so, what kind and how many a day?

I try to take 2 GNC MegaMen a day, and after lifting usually a 500mg of Vitamin C.
 
i just take whatever kind i find cheap..i read that most multivitamin brands contain more stuff than ur body can actually use anyway so i just use whatever will give me 100% of the essentials
 
I take a store brand generic one a day with extra antioxidants. I actually take two but I split them in half and take them over the course of four whole food meals.
 
Check out Twinlab's Daily Onecap. I think Twin's always got an awesome product, and for what's in it, and how it's designed, and the fact that I only have to take ONE.. well.. I'm sold. It's price-competetive with multi's like Centrum (which seems to work fine, too), but delivers actually a lot more vitamin (it actually worked out to be a better buy when considering total ingredients). You can pick it up at dpsnutrition.com for a pretty decent price.

i also take GNC megaman w/extra zinc, vitamin c, and vitamin b.

seems to work, but i'm open to something that may work better or contain better ratios of ingredients.
 
i take

all vitamin shoppe brand vitamins, one a day multi w/lutein , 2000mgs of c and 1 gram of B5 everyday. theyre the cheapest for me especially since i work for them. lol

Centrum is not a good brand

I stick to famous brands (Twinlab's, Optimum,...)

Yup. If you ever get a chance, compare the vitamin content in a Centrum or other common grocery store brand with a GNC, Twinlab or similar product. It's night and day. I found that the grocery store brands have maybe 25% of what the nutrition store brands have.

A good multi is a MUST for any lifter, ESPECIALLY if you're cycling.
 
I take 2 GNC Mega Men, 2000mg of vit C, and 2 GNC B150. split between morning and right before bed.
 
Yeah, I just take a cheapo multivitamin, usually from Walmart. I also take an antioxidant (I take ALA, so I don't know how much antioxidant support I actually need).
