Dude, just tried quads again for the second time this morning in the exact spot marshallmadman described. Almost completely painless, inject went well, no blood, felt fine most of teh day.
It's been about 12 hours now and FUUUUCCKK is my quad FUC^&*d UP!!! OWW. I can't walk! I've had to sit most of the day and when I get up my whole quad muscle feels like a giant charlie horse and it takes a half-hour before I can put any weight on it. I'm stickin' to glutes I don't give a shit what you guys say. Dammit this hurts.
