Where'd you get the idea that they sell "00" capsules? Their website just lists "fake steroid"-type products. am I missing listings for supplies that I'm just not seeing?

www.zoelabs.com sells chemical supplies you just have to write them they sell raw materials They dont have a catalog or price list but if you ask they can get anything and its usually real cheap
so call or e mail them for a product
