Who over here bulks up year round with no breaks?

I bulk year round, a minimum of 4,500 calories a day (for maintenance), but while on its a minimum of 5000-6000 a day (if I want to grow at all). But I usually take alot of time between cycles (averaging ~6 months) so I usually end up back near my initial weight. I attribute this to the fact that I don't make gobs of money for the past 1.5 years like I was before and seriously can not afford to eat that much food. :( However I do stay in the 7-9 % bf range year round. :)
 
Metal Gear, have you ever read the post by Doggcrapp at Animal's website. He talk about bulking year round in phases, hit it hard for 4 weeks then lower the doses to a cruising period. Great thread bro.
 
I never seem to make gains past the 8th week while on a cycle so I never understood staying on for long periods as your receptors seem to get flooded.

1-8 1250 test E
1-8 750 deca
1-3 60mg d-bol

After I finish my clomid how long should I wait. My next cycle I want to do

1-10 1500 test E
1-8 fina 100mg ed
1-3 d-bol 70mg ed

I want to start this as soon as possible so how long after clomid should I wait to see max results?
 
With me its the opposite.
I get some of my best gains towards the end of the cycle.
It makes me not wanna come off.:D

Im finishing up a Test/Deca dbol stack.
I used alot of slow acting esters like Sus, Eq Enanth Deca etc....
Maybe thats why.:confused:

I have to agree with Bigerisbetter after 8-10 weeks gains just stop and increasing the dose has no real effect (for me anyways). I was up to 1750mg of test at the end of a 16 week cycle and no gains were made. From that I learnt the importance of cycling.

I always tend to bulk because I just want to be big....not too concerned to getting ripped at this point. Once I get a good size (315lbs) then I might consider sheding some body fat. So for the next year I have a goal of 45 more lbs.
 
Mine slowed down around 10th week so I increased the dosage weekly until the gains started to come again. Check out my cycle. That's why my cycles are not writen in stone. I think you should modify as you go along. Alot of these guys stick to their shit and are scared to change stuff around.

For me. I've already done test, fina, dbol, anadrol, slin, aratest & proviron so I've used most of the bulking gear. It's hard to use the same stuff a few times a year so close to each other.
 
I generally use the cycling over the year method. I will hit it real hard (2mg test, 1mg fina, 100mg dbol/day, 100mg Anadrol/day) then I will cut out the orals and add in some EQ until my piss clears up. I will hit it hard for 6 months and lower for 8 weeks. I am still a virgin to GH, so I am hoping it will shoot me up to 280. I usually stay around 10% bf at 6'0, 255-260lbs. I want to get up to 300 lbs. in the next three years and do the USA's to turn pro.
 
Bulking is mostly about food intake, you can just use Testosteron alone with it, and train consistently, and you will grow, no secrets about it.
 
Definately! People that have plateaued need to take in more food. For example, if you start at 200lbs and eat to get to 220lbs and you reach that goal. Well, now your 220lbs, if you want to be 240lbs you need to eat like someone trying to get to 240lbs, because eating like you were to get to 220lbs isnt going to work. Trust me , Ive tried upping doses and it doesnt work, I learned I need to eat more. Drugs and a half ass diet get me to 248lbs easy. I can get to 254lbs, but I dont eat to maintain it. So, I drop back down to 248lbs. Now, I know what it takes, and Ill be 260lbs in 3 months max at no higher than 10% BF.........galaxy

I think you meant 2g of test and 1g of fina right? not mg.

Galaxy: That's another reason that I want to crusin for a bit because I'm sick of eating. Food intake is no problem for me. finding new drugs to substitue for the others is the problem. I wish I could do anadrol year round but it doesn't work like that.
