I've been able to tolerate peppers more the older I get. Not having any seeds in it and cutting them up small enough helped though. I've also been putting on a few level "10" hot sauces at a time on my subs at the local Firehouse Subs. Gets the taste buds panting but not screaming for relief like they would have a decade ago.

The Bhut Jolokia is not a joke. I've had that before and it is really painful. Burns like you wouldn't believe.
