How many of you keep a AAS log or Journal on how things went during that certain cycle? I was just thinking back last summer when I ran 100mgs of Var for 3 weeks and 50mgs for the last. Was just wondering about all the side effects I had? Well I think I've decided to keep a journal, I know I can't keep one just laying around the house. Where does everyone else keep theirs?

(online, email, elite, etc?)

Email would be a good option

i sorta keep a journal, i use the calender in my phone to remind me of my shots, then i put in wut i used, well by golly that sounds like a journal to me i guess i do.

I use to and I have keep most of my cycles on my computer,

For the past 6-8 month I have not been keeping track,

Would record

Date, gear, anti e, calories, even body part.

Did not use excel simply typed it out.

I check occasionally, because I will say oh I did this or that,

And I look and see no, I did about ½ or ¼ of that.

Like my first really kick ass cycle

Tren
Test
D-bol
Growth
Deca
Winny

I got great results, went from 150 to 168 and kept my bf percent way below 10 percent.

Remember taking tons of gear

But actually only took about 25 mg d-bol for 3.5 weeks
50mg tren ed for 4 weeks
400 test 400 deca and 2-4 iu’s growth.

Winny was about 3-4 weeks at 50mg per day

Remember taking twice as much

Maybe becoming senile

I got me one of those spiral bound calender tablets where I record what I took for that day, my workout, and "sides" if any especially on certain gear.

-5'6" 170lbs 7%BF 43y/o
-Been lifting 10+ yrs
-On gear 2 yrs
-1st BB contest Mar 23rd
-this cycle total 16 weeks, in my last 4 weeks, now on:
test p, tren a, winny, clen (on2/0ff2), provirion, AIFM & pct waiting.

-I KEEP MY LOG ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER

- I AM THE GATE KEEPER OF MY DESTINY

It is always good to keep such records so that you have history of what work, what does not, which dose was better for your individual body, which item perhaps gave you a bad reaction, etc

yeah exacstly, what sides did you have with what doses.. what results you got.. ect.. thanks guys

gonna do that from now on

I keep track of body measurements and weight and also diet. Total cals and the ratios of p/c/f for each cycle. This helps dial in what I should eat depending on what my particular goals are for that cycle.

Best to just remember what works and what doesn't IMO. What if your records get lost and you didn't put any energy into learning with your mind what works because it was all typed out for you on your computer? Or worse yet, what if your records fell into the wrong hands and were used against you in a court of law per se? Use your brain to keep track; that way you're the only one with access to it.

There's no way I'd be able to keep track of all the info. that I do that way.
I'm not to worried about people finding out what I do. It's not really that big of a secret.

yeah everybody knows that McGuyver juices

I use to keep a log of all my cycles but Hurricane Katrina destroyed that so I had to start all over!! This is my second cycle in my new log.

I include it in my training and nutrition log, and for quick referance I write my gear intake on a large calander.

I don't keep a journal per se, however, I do use codes in a personal calender to keep track of injections, what parts worked, and orals. All coded so only I know what the hell it is.

I keep mine in my workout log. I use a short hand where not many except maybe you guys could figure out. My wife already knows. I can also track how that cycle affects my lifting.

Several yaers ago I threw away an old journal from when I cycled 17 years ago. I sure wished I hadn't I could go back and see the riduculios weights I used to lift when I was in my twenties. Man those were the days. Now I just get injured when liftin sucks getting old.

That's pretty smart.

I keep a log of sides and PCT with each different cycle i use.. Helps to go back and check .

I try not to keep a journal of ANY illegal activity I may by chance do... it's unwise to do so?? you may not realize at the present moment how it may look on big blown up 3x4 foot posters as the DA flips from one page to another of everything you've ever done and don't think they will word it as "this is merely a journal to make sure he stays on point with diet and keeps a good idea of where he's at" they'll put it out like you had the nerve to document as if to flaunt it in the face of legalities!! and they'll also have a blown up page of when you were caught shoplifting a pack of gum at 15, got caught drinking 17, spray painted a stop sign 18, etc etc they love those big posters and fill them up with is much shit as possible... it's their job to demonize you!! and if you give them extra help... it only makes their job all the easier to get a conviction... also remember that you won't just be charged with posession of an illegal substance they will slap ten charges on you and then you feel relieved when they only get a conviction on 2-3!! point is be smart!!

personally I agree with a journal for diet and training... but for all else I'll just keep in the banks of my memory... and should you decide to keep a journal of your illegal activity at the very least make it an unrecognizable code... at least enough to cast recognizable doubt to a jury... so that it's hard to make something stick should it come to that!! ok I'm done!!
