Again good is relative to if you believe in it. For a muslim, atheist, agnostic, etc his intentions would be pretty hostile. The reason being is that there is no reason to post religious stuff on a forum not specifically about religion. To do so, means that the person is so narrowminded that they think that their religion is the end all be all. That in itself is ridiculous but alas, is normal when it comes to christians

Agree...its all about ones' belief system. Beholden to only one belief system and being narrowminded that their religion is the end all be all has been the root of some on mans worst historical moments and millions of deaths throughout time. Using their religion to justify evil and hostile acts upon those who they deem is not following the right religious belief. i.e. crusades, jewish persecution by the nazis, BrandonXJ'S affinity towards homosexual threats etc...etc...etc... ;)

I find this really amazing, I guarantee that if someone posted a thread like this saying Satan loves and cares for you, you all would welcome him to EF with open arms and joke about it. But since it was Jesus, people take great offence to this for some strange reason, like it hurts you personally or something. It's not just that it's something people don't agree with or don't care about. The manner in which he did it is solicitation, plain and simple. No different than someone coming into my home or stopping me on the street and trying to 'save' me. Get outta my face. Like I said, you feel the need, do it in the proper place. A chat forum is not the proper place for that.

Now if he had said something more along the lines of 'what do you all think of Jesus' or 'let's have a discussion on the merits of Christianity or organized religion in general' I have no problem with that. You're opening a dialogue and people will discuss it. That is far different than coming on here with your first ever post and asking everyone to give themselves to Christ for salvation.

Don't you think its funny, everything is politcally correct except the name of JESUS. You all are entiltled to believe whatever or whoever you choose, thats wonderful, however; you have guys on here talking about they wish they could bench a measley 315 and everyone of you shows a great amount of support and encouragement. I have done much reading/research on the subject. I am completely unconvinced he ever existed.

Any serious Jesusian, should at least many books about their IDOL. I have read about 3 on the subject of the historical Jesus and the Jesus myth. They cannot prove he existed. Much of their religion, like Judiasm, was raped from other religions. For example, their dualism of good and evil, came from the Aryan religion Zorastrianism. The savior who would redeem the world. From Zorastrianism.
