depends i guess how old they are i used to do this for ice hockey i wanted if it was one on one about 200 an hour depends how advanced they are but if its a bunch of kids its easier have them runnin drills and what not tell her 200 and tell her son to get a friend so they can atleast play eachother offense and defense reasons u kno rebounds stuff like that
