ttokkyo deca300 IS the safest steriod to use and ranked 8 out of 10 on anabolics2000.com for keeping strength as long as you follow it by cloimd post cycle 3 weeks after your last shot. Everybodys body reacts different when using AS. By eating protein in the amount of grams equal to my body weight i was able to gain 20 pounds of muscle and keep my strength from just doing deca alone 1cc every monday/thursday for 6 weeks.
