Look like a bunch of slack jawed faggots, buncha pussies, post gang bang vaginal secretions.

I could go on.

we're the only one's left with balls.

I spend more time on a computer technology forum than this place - fuck that.

him or you? ;)

post it up, including best lifts at that bodyweight...lets get some power/weight ratios happening

talking about him

im 6'4" 235-240

You are probably stronger lb for lb

bench I suck at, you win there

I can dead 500lbs for singles, max is probably not much more than that

best squat was 405x2 deep, max may be 10 lbs more

least stringy has some balls ;)

anyway my bench sucks also. best at a bodyweight a little under 170lbs at height 5 9 with competition form judged, unshirted after a workout was 120kg (264lbs). personally i prefer incline stuff, though dont go for max lifts. best on the incline was 2 reps good form at 110kg (242lbs), or inc dumbbell press 121lbs per hand, sets of 3. not sure how high i could go if i did the 'bouncing off ribcage' thing that seems so popular these days

best deadlift single rep same bodyweight as above is 220kg (484lbs), could max out higher but havnt tried (yet)

best squat ages ago at bodyweight easily 10lbs heavier than present was set of 6 190kg (418lbs) but not proud of my form. best deep squat was a set of 6 at 140kg (308lbs) fairly deep 3 months ago (5lbs heavier than present), drivers still fine, stabilisers holding me back - then got into a running phase and abandoned retraining the squat

um. yeah. lol ;)

i lift a few.
:)

at 213lbs in May I put up:

325x1 on flat bench
430x1 on squat
500x1 on deadlift

while this was not an official event, we did go by strict powerlifting rules.

Bench included a pause at the bottom, hold it at the top, judge tells you to rerack.

Squat was below parallel

Better question - how many of you vagina-having clitorises have ever pulled a sled or done farmers walks?
Have you ever deadlifted using a rolling thunder handle? how about a CoC gripper? how many times can you close the trainer? the #1? have you ever done thick bar curls? clean and press?

how about you smurfy, you do any of that?

Who's that random dude in the kitchen remodel pics that you have? He looks a little spaced out.

I have but havent done any of it except clean and press in a few years./ The guy I was dating a while back was a Strongman and Powerlifting competitor. I met a lot of cool powerlifting and strongman peeps. Learned a bit about it and sometimes trained with my ex who had a lot of the implements in his barn where he trained (lol farmboy).

Never DLd heavy weight with it, no. Tried it out at a strongman comp about a year ago.

I own a few grippers. I used to do grip training on Saturdays (fuck those were fun). It was the greatest training day ever. Grippers, DB holds, DL hold, farmers walks. I would just hang from the pull-up bar for as long as humanly possible.

Not sure how many times I could close the trainer, the #1 I closed 3 times a while back. My grip strength sucks, but it was getting better with practice. started ripping cards too, but fuck I was too weak (mentally) to do it.

thick bar curls no - never had the venue I could use it in. I owned a sled and farmers walk implements though. would take em out to the field early sat mornings. goddamn that was so much fun.

the fun in this stuff is learning the techniques and seeing yourself improve. there's something about becoming more powerful that is very um, well, empowering. <~~~my poor vocabulary skills are showing through here.

lol..

I agree. Shit, I was doing farmer walks with nearly NO weight (relatively speaking) and just studying HOW to do them properly. Hell, with just a tiny adjustment of leaning forward you cut seconds off your time and save energy in the right places.

But man, it is so much more fun going out to an empty field at 6am ready to do battle with these strange looking metal objects as opposed to going into the gym.

I miss it. :sadfacefrownteehee:

for wrestling training in the summer we used to do farmers walks and pull vehicles. also used to have to push trucks up hills and shit.

prolly the best thing i did to add a new look to my back. i'd love to try oly. lifts, but i don't possess the muscular symetry....

weighted pull ups and chin ups helped me out also with my back
