who here has a decent or good lifestyle by not going to high school

I would say I have a good lifestyle and no education.

I can turn water into wine.
I can part the seas.
I can molest altar boys.
An entire book was written about me.

It's good to be the son of god LOL.

I didn't finish high school. I joined the army for 4 1/2 yrs. Got out. Went to trade school. Now I've been a certified tradesman in one trade for 15yrs, and done the apprenticeship in another. I ain't rich, but life is grand.
 
Don't know about high-school, but I know of 2 people who didn't step foot in a college.

Guy 1 took the money his dad would pay for tuition and opened a subway store (back when they weren't as popular). He now has several of them and is well off.

Guy 2 opened up a small tanning salon. He took that money and started another business. Repeated this process and now is getting ready to open his own factory that produces hot tubs from raw products. Guy is loaded.

Sometimes I wish I would have went this route.
 
I know plenty of people who did not finish high school and who work making decent money. I think as long as they have some college under their belts they do fine.

My ex-husband did not finish highschool, and he's a Union Laborer for a Masonry Company and he makes about $35/hr straight time not to mention time and 1/2 for OT. Not bad for a fucking moron.

It's a good thing you got divorced from him. A couple of months ago he did something really stupid so I gave him chlamydia LOL.

If he keeps it up I'm going to give his penis leprosy and make the head fall off.
 
knew a few people like that

one worked his way up to selling fruit and vegetables to the whole county and made a few million. hes an idiot who fights cops and spoils his wigger children
 
My dad. No highschool at all. Started as a cook and owned one of the finest restaurant in Montreal. Now he's retired and just chill on his fatass 24/7 with his fortune.
 
barely graduated hs with 1.278 and make 85k, wife same and make about 70. House paid off. Lots of toys, no fucking kids. Overall: we're smallfry. I want to be making 500k+. At least.
 
There´s a dude in Belgium who never finished HS who is worth around 800 M or a billion or so. He´s worked his way up to selling what must have been the majority of carpets in the world. He´s this hard as nails country boy type, who thinks working less than 14 hours a day is sinful etc.
 
A couple guys that dropped out of high school when I was there went on to continue partying, drinking on the weekends, drinking up the money they made from dead-end jobs, becoming regulars at the local bars. This went on well into their twenties and even to this day. Two of them literally drank themselves to death. One drank a fifth of vodka a day, but on Sundays, he drank a 1/2 gallon. His liver blew out after 7 years of this and he died of cirrosis of the liver at 33. His younger brother, who drank and got into crack, died the same way 3 years later.
Here it is almost 20 years later, and a bunch of them look like skeletons thanks to their meth habits, and they are still trying to party on the weekends like they were still 17. None of them have money or even decent jobs, and their clothes look like rags. When I see any of them, I can't believe they are the same age as me. Another one was a golden gloves boxer who was always jogging and working out after school. After he dropped out, he turned into a power drinker on the weekends and still does to this day. He used to box at a svelte 168, and now he's about 350 lbs. Seems like most of the drop-outs were pot-heads and/or heavy drinkers, if not all of them.
By the looks of this thread, though, these guys are the exception
