who here eats those frozen meals?

If you do a more advanced search you will find some healthy alternatives which are high in protein and contain small amounts of sodium.
The only negative element is that the majority of them,is "equiped" with additives and preservatives to make them last for longer.
 
they are usually filled wih tons sugar and sodium if you actually look at the ingredient facts, even the "healthy" ones.

they are what you dont want when working out.

lean cuis, are pretty good for most varieties but not much grub if your eating more that 2 to 3 hours apart between meals. Too expensive to stick with really when you can eat 3 or 4 a day.
