For maintainable gains and quick recovery I'm a firm believer that it's best to keep cycles to 6 weeks and under. I also believe recovery should be AT LEAST 3 months off of everything besides supps.
If you're going to do 16 week cycles with a month off, don't bother. Just stay on.

It's not a long enough time for the HPTA to stabilize. You may get your numbers back to normal but if you do another cycle it's going to be that much tougher to recover. Do that enough and you wind up on HRT at 30.
Steroids deserve a lot of respect. Either use them sensibly to boost your gains every now and then or accept that they're a part of your life full time.
