Not even pop or coffee, no ephedrine, etc.? I've been doing it for going on three days now. My innards feel better, but I went to sleep at nine last night and still had trouble getting up at six. I think my body is still adjusting. Anyway, it sucks.
I did from March - Most of June without any stimulants. It took about two weeks to fully adjust, after that I was fine. I started back with coffee and an eca two weeks ago to keep up with my kids! LOL!!
I'm not sure what happened, but my kidneys started to ache enough that I figured it was time to stop for a while. I had this happen last fall, but to a lesser extent, and went in to the doc. They ran a urine analysis and found nothing wrong. It's a little worse this time, although getting better now that I'm not on anything. I was drinking several gallons of water a day, too. Maybe my kidneys were getting overworked from pushing all that liquid though all the time. I don't know, but I do know that I value my renal system. There's no history of weak kidneys or liver in my family, but I'd rather keep them in the best working order possible. They have to last me a long time.
hate coffee, can't tolerate any stimulants, have SVT which is worsened with stimulants....always worked out in the am, and slept like a baby at night..over the last year have found it much n more difficult to get up early, several of my workouts are now taking place at night. My 11 year old Lab still gets me up every morning at 6 to eat..like clockwork, so that helps...but I work 12-8pm.
None here. No coffee, soda, ephedrine, etc. Because of this I have a pretty low tolerence so if I have medicine with a stimulant in it it hits me pretty hard. I'm not against the occasional use of stimulants, I just never needed them.
